The 2027 Hungarian Grand Prix is held at the Hungaroring near Mogyoród, with track action from Friday 30 July and the race on Sunday 1 August. Hungary is one of the 2027 sprint weekends.
Why is the Hungarian Grand Prix popular?
The Hungaroring has hosted Formula 1 since 1986. Its tight, twisty layout and summer heat make for a demanding race, and its location close to Budapest means visitors can enjoy the city in the evenings.
How do you get to the Hungaroring by chauffeur?
The circuit is around 20 km north-east of Budapest, usually 30 to 40 minutes by car from the city centre outside race weekend. On race days, traffic on the M3 motorway and the approach roads is very heavy. Your chauffeur will follow the official access routes to the drop-off for your grandstand or hospitality area and collect you after the session.
Planning your weekend
- Check your ticket for gate and parking details.
- Bring sun protection and water, as it is usually hot.
- Plan to leave a little after the race to miss the peak.
- Book your chauffeur for all three days at once.
