Essência do Vinho Porto 2027 takes place from Thursday 18 to Sunday 21 February at the Palácio da Bolsa, the 19th-century stock exchange palace in Porto's historic centre.
What is Essência do Vinho?
Essência do Vinho is Portugal's leading wine fair. The 2027 edition features around 4,000 wines from 500 producers, 40 guided tastings, the Top 10 wine selection and a Room Experience. Visitors include trade buyers, sommeliers and wine lovers from Portugal and abroad.
How do you get to the Palácio da Bolsa by chauffeur?
The palace is next to the Ribeira district, a few minutes by car from central hotels and around 20 to 25 minutes from Porto airport. The streets around it are narrow, so your chauffeur will stop close to the entrance on Rua de Ferreira Borges. Most importantly, a chauffeur means nobody in your group needs to drive after a tasting.
