What is the Zurich Film Festival?
ZFF has grown into one of the main autumn film festivals in Europe, mixing international premieres with competitions for new directors. Stars walk the green carpet at the festival centre near Sechseläutenplatz, and the industry programme brings producers and distributors to the city.
How do you get to ZFF screenings by chauffeur?
The main venues, including Kino Corso on Theaterstrasse, are around Bellevue and the old town, a few minutes from lakeside and Bahnhofstrasse hotels. For premieres, your chauffeur can drop you at the official arrival point and wait nearby. Between screenings, an hourly booking makes it easy to move between cinemas and dinners.
Planning your festival
- Book premiere and gala tickets as soon as the programme is published.
- Check the venue for each screening.
- Allow time for security at gala screenings.
- Reserve dinner near Bellevue for after the film.
